Да не хрена. Ребята просто ленивые. Проблем нет. Но надо определенные шаги сделать. Уже пол года Форд предупреждает. Вот последнее письмо. Те кто перешёл и заново зарегился, проблем нет.

In January 2022 Ford communicated to FordEtis Independent Operator users to advise of the migration of FordEtis Online to the new Ford SERVICE Info site for the additional and up and coming new features.
Ford will notify users when the new Ford SERVICE Info Site migration is complete.

The Free Resources page are available on the front Home Page for the following:
Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM) and Body and Equipment Mounting Manual (BEMM). There is now an additional selection page for PCIM (Programmable CAN Interface Module) for PDF Information and a software download link, for those companies that modify and adapt Ford Vehicle’s.
Updates to MSXI Contact Us phone numbers for the hotline.
Professional Technician System (PTS):
Planned New Features
Connected Vehicle access is due to be enabled for the UK market.
Other European Markets due for launch during 2022 for Connected Vehicle Access are Portugal, France, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Finland, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Digital Service Record (DSR) date to be confirmed as final testing is in progress.
Service Check sheets date to be confirmed.
For Independent Operators that have access to use DSR and generate Service Check sheets, please continue to use FordEtis Online.
We will inform you as soon as DSR and the Service Check Sheets generation in FSI has been fully migrated.
Existing FDRS and Technical Information License and Security Accreditation Access
As a FordEtis user with either a current active monthly/yearly FordEtis subscription with Security Accreditation Access who requires access to the Mach E and other vehicle information via the Professional Technician System (PTS) and Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS), Ford would like to create and assign a concurrent subscription in the Ford SERVICE Info site for you. This will allow you to try the new functionality within the Ford Service Info, PTS and FDRS websites whilst still retaining your access within FordEtis online until the targeted decommissioning date.
What to do Next?
Legal Representatives with Active Monthly/Yearly FordEtis Subscriptions and Security Accreditation
To provide you with an FDRS and Technical Information License subscription and Security Accreditation within the new Ford SERVICE Info site concurrent with your FordEtis subscription, please follow the process below:
Register and create your account as a Legal Representative on the Ford SERVICE Info site at
www.fordserviceinfo.comNOTE: Your Ford SERVICE INFO Username must be at least 8 characters long and not more than 50 characters.
Within your Legal Representative Ford SERVICE Info account, create your employee(s) accounts so they are added to your Legal Representative account.
Ask the IDS Helpdesk for your existing FDRS and Technical Information License and active Security Accreditation to be enabled in Ford SERVICE Info site by carrying out the following:
Select the “Contact Us” tab on the Ford SERVICE Info site and select your local IDS Helpdesk email address. Title your email FSI License Request then provide the details below to the IDS Helpdesk.
Your newly created Ford Service Info Username.
Your FordEtis Legal Representative Username.
Your email address.
When the IDS Helpdesk receives your details, they will be forwarded onto Ford. Ford Administration will assign an FDRS and Technical Information License subscription and active Security Accreditation concurrent with your FordEtis subscription to your Ford SERVICE Info account, and the IDS Helpdesk will then email you confirmation.
Login to your Legal Representative Ford SERVICE Info account at
www.fordserviceinfo.comOn the My Subscriptions screen you will see your assigned FDRS and Technical Information License and active Security Accreditation, select the subscription and the Employee(s).
Press the “Assign” button and this will add the FDRS and Technical Information License subscription to your employee(s) accounts.
With the security accreditation Ford will grant access as part of the process to the necessary previously approved users of the legal representative.
Once completed you and your employee(s) will have access to both the Ford SERVICE Info site and FordEtis online.
Once you have completed the above Legal Representative Process and the FDRS and Technical Information License is assigned to your Ford SERVICE Info account this will give you access to both FordEtis online and the Ford SERVICE Info site information.
Where a subscription has expired, and as a Legal Representative you wish to continue to purchase subscriptions throughout 2022, please purchase your new subscriptions in the Ford Service Info Site.
Please note it will no longer be possible to purchase in FordEtis from Monday 17th January 2022.
Note: This does not affect users of the WLTP calculation tool.
